Robert K. Crabtree contributed the Foreword to Parents Have The Power To Make Special Education Work, a recently-published guide to special education by Judith Canty Graves and Carson Graves. As the authors state, the book “is both a primer to the complex world of special education and a cautionary tale of our journey through relief, cooperation, confusion, betrayal, and finally awakening.” Eileen M. Hagerty served as a consultant to the authors throughout the writing and editorial process with regard to the legal aspects of the book. William S. Strong assisted the authors in negotiating their contract with their publisher, including review and revision of the contract.
