Unlike many firms with a large commercial practice, we also frequently represent individual buyers and sellers of houses and condominiums. We advise and represent clients in zoning and other land use proceedings; landlord-tenant matters, including residential and commercial leasing and summary process actions; foreclosures; tax deferred exchanges; and real estate tax abatements and exemptions.
