Figueroa) was a panel member at “How to Try Your 1st (or Next) Case Before the BSEA” which took place on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon, at MCLE Conference Center, Ten Winter Place, Boston, MA and was also available by live webcast (either simultaneously or at a later date).   This program provided a comprehensive overview of getting a case in shape for filing, preliminary proceedings before the BSEA, and preparing for, and going through a hearing in this unique forum.
