Adam T. Kurth is an associate with the Real Estate group.  His practice currently focuses on representing individual home buyers and sellers, developers of real estate, investors in real estate, landlords, and tenants. He also counsels clients in the development of condominium projects of all sizes.

Mr. Kurth has represented businesses, private individuals, municipalities and public agencies in all aspects of the acquisition and disposition of real estate, including title and survey due diligence, negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and closing transactions.

Mr. Kurth has also advised clients on zoning and land use matters during his prior time at another Boston law firm, including preparing zoning analyses and zoning applications, and obtaining numerous zoning permits from municipalities in Massachusetts and New Hampshire for a major telecommunication carrier.
