Nathan Y. Sullivan is an associate with the Education and Disability Law group. He represents families who have children with special education needs. Mr. Sullivan’s work focuses on advising and guiding families through Individual Education Program (IEP) meetings and Section 504 meetings, disciplinary matters, mediation, filing complaints with the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), and litigating special education disputes with the Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA).
Prior to joining Kotin, Crabtree & Strong, Mr. Sullivan worked as an attorney at a non-profit organization in Massachusetts where he assisted children with legal issues pertaining to general and special education law.
