Brian S. Kennedy
Brian Kennedy represents individuals and families seeking assistance in estate, tax, and special needs planning. He also counsels personal representatives and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts, as well as guardians of incapacitated persons.
Prior to joining Kotin, Crabtree & Strong, Brian was a commercial litigation associate in the Boston Office of an international law firm. He now advises his clients how they can prevent potential conflicts and disputes that may arise during the administration of their trusts and estates.
