Michelle A. Moor concentrates her practice in the area of special education law and general litigation. She assists families with a wide range of special education issues including the development of appropriate individual education plans (IEPs), discipline proceedings, transition planning, mediation, and litigation. Ms. Moor regularly represents families in proceedings before the Bureau of Special Education Appeals.
She graduated from Vassar College with a degree in Science, Technology and Society in 1999, and from the Northeastern University School of Law in 2007.
Ms. Moor was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2007. She is a member of the Boston Bar Association.
Before law school, Ms. Moor served as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Ivory Coast. She worked as a litigation associate at a large law firm in Boston before joining Kotin, Crabtree & Strong, LLP. In 2010, Ms. Moor was named as a Rising Star in New England by Super Lawyer's Magazine.
